Northern Stitch Co. uses a flat-rate shipping fee for orders requiring shipping.

The applicable flat-rate shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We do not offer multiple shipping speeds, expedited shipping, or carrier-calculated shipping rates.

Processing & Production

Many of our products are embroidered, personalized, or made to order.

Processing times may vary depending on:

• Availability of garments, blanks, and materials
• Embroidery or personalization requirements
• Quantity ordered
• Current order volume

Some garments, blanks, or materials may need to be ordered before production can begin.

Please allow adequate time for processing, production, and shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination.

Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside of Northern Stitch Co.'s control may affect delivery.

Expedited or rush shipping options are not offered.

Local Pickup

When available, customers may select local pickup at checkout instead of shipping.

Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is ready. Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before attempting pickup.
