These items are created or prepared specifically for your order and are therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided personalization errors.

• Customer-selected personalization
• Other made-to-order or personalized products

Orders may not be canceled once garments, blanks, materials, or supplies have been ordered specifically for your purchase or production has begun.

Personalized and made-to-order items that have entered production are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment colors, thread or material variations, and differences in the finished product.
